Nearly six in ten reviewers give it five stars

Start with the headline number, because it is a good one: around 59% of TrimRx reviewers give it the full five stars. That is a large, enthusiastic base of people who got their box on time, got their dose adjusted when they asked, and said so publicly. The overall Trustpilot average is 3.5–3.6 out of 5. The review count is genuinely uncertain — cached mirrors still show around 1,010–1,020, while two independent affiliate sites reported roughly 4,900 as of June and July 2026. The higher figure is more plausible given the growth, but we are not going to pretend to a precision we do not have.

The interesting part is the shape underneath the average. Around 59% five-star and 32–33% one-star, with only about 13% spread across two, three and four stars. An average of 3.5 usually means “fine”, and this is not that. It means most people have a genuinely good experience, and the minority who do not are almost all unhappy about one specific thing. Here is the honest complication, and it is the reason this section exists: TrimRx and its press materials publish several different prices simultaneously, and they do not reconcile. None of them is hidden — they are all public — but you should know which one applies to you before you enter a card.

The $140 code: real, verified, and not going anywhere

What is included

This is where TrimRx is strongest, and it is why the five-star reviews are so positive. Per the company, a plan includes the initial consultation, follow-ups, the prescription, four to five weeks of medication at any dose, syringes and needles, alcohol pads, a sharps container, cold-chain tracked shipping, dose adjustments and access to a care specialist. There is no separate membership fee and TrimRx advertises “cancel anytime”.

Eligibility is BMI 27 or above, applied with some flexibility. Orders are non-refundable once your intake is submitted, which is earlier in the process than most people expect. Accounts of the consultation format conflict — some sources describe a live video visit, others an asynchronous questionnaire — so we are treating “live video consult” as unverified.

TrimRx’s own landing-page disclaimer on compounded products is accurate and worth reading before you buy: they are “not FDA-approved. This means the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.”

Legal and regulatory status

We found no lawsuit, no class action, no regulatory enforcement and no state attorney general action against TrimRx.

There is a Change.org petition titled “Initiate a class action lawsuit against TrimRx,” created on 17 June 2026, which had 161 signatures against a 200 goal when we checked. We are mentioning it because you will find it, and then telling you what it is: an unverified petition with no legal force, filed by an individual, on a page that does not even link to trimrx.com.
