Corrections

If a price, rating or policy on this site is out of date or wrong, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, where the correct figure is published. Pricing in this category changes constantly and we would rather be corrected than stale.

If you are one of the companies we review

We will publish a correction to any factual error, promptly and on the page itself. We will also tell you plainly that we do not remove accurate, sourced criticism, and that we will not replace a third-party rating with a company-supplied one.

What we cannot help with

We are not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy or a telehealth service, and we have no access to any company’s customer accounts. We cannot cancel your subscription, issue a refund, change a prescription, or look up an order. Those all have to go to the company directly. If you need medical help, contact a licensed clinician; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
